The Delineator Boot was designed by Tony Pasqualini to improve the safety and look around construction sites. Tony has been around construction sites most of his working life and more recently as a construction supervisor, Tony moved to solve what he knew to be a potentially expensive liability situation where the standard construction fence foot often stuck up off the walkway presenting a tripping hazard.
